Hand of Help Organization has been working in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan for three years. They provide support to refugees of all backgrounds and any religion. Today, 30 January 2018, Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation provided Hand of Help with 500 packages of clothing and 500 packages of boots estimated at approximately $100,000. These will be distributed to all refugees and people in need within the Erbil and Arden areas served by Hand of Help. One unique feature of Hand of Help is their commitment to vocational training allowing people they serve a way out of their current circumstances.
Bring Hope seeks to aid organizations whose mission is to serve refugees, poor and disadvantaged populations. We act to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees, the internally displaced, and poor as well as work to protect the rights of minority groups like the Yazidi’s. Suha, a Bring Hope volunteer stated, “…doing these things helps people stay in their homeland. Our protection, shelter, health, and education has been crucial, healing broken pasts and building brighter futures.” To be part of this amazing journey of hope, see bringhope.info.
